Stir-fried Beef Slices with Chilies, Onions and Cilantro

The Stir-fried Beef Slices with Chilies, Onions & Cilantro is a common dish served at home in Sichuan.
Ingredients:
Beef Tenderloin - 1 lb
Cilantro - 2 bunches
Onion - 7oz
Lettuce - 1
Mala Pot Sauce - 2oz
Vegetable Oil - 2oz
Dried Chilies - 1oz
Rice Wine - 0.5 oz
Salt - to your taste
Directions:
Cut Beef Tenderloin into thin slices and marinate with salt and rice wine for 30 min
Put vegetable oil in a wok and fry the beef slices with low heat and get the beef out for later use
Cut the lettuce, onion into slivers and cut cilantro into 1 inch pieces
Put the lettuce slivers in the plate;
Put vegetable in a wok and stir fry the dried chilies till the aroma comes out; add onion slivers and fried beef slices into the wok and stir fry with high heat;
Add Mala Pot sauce into the work while turn down to low heat;
Stir fry the sauce, beef and onion and then add cilantro piece right before you turn off the heat;
Pour the mix from the wok to the plate and ready to serve.
